Most of us are experiencing some sort of challenge in life, some seemingly more intense than others. Nevertheless, the enemy has plans to devour you: get you off track and lead you astray. One of the things I’ve come to realize in the middle of struggle whatever the situation, God is with us.

He has not forsaken us nor left us alone.

God said,

“I will never, never fail you nor forsake you.” (Hebrew 13:5)

I know you may feel as though the world is against you and there is nothing in life that’s going your way

You may be asking how can I continue with all of the situations I’m facing?

Let me explain, continue means persist in an activity or process. Recommence (begin or cause to begin again) or resume after interruption

Greek meaning of continue properly, fully remain; thoroughly abide, to continue on completely: to remain throughout.

Here are a list of scriptures that will carry you through:

“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” (Phil 1:23-24)

“Though the fig tree does not bud
and there are no grapes on the vines,
though the olive crop fails
and the fields produce no food,
though there are no sheep in the pen
and no cattle in the stalls,
yet I will rejoice in the Lord,
I will be joyful in God my Savior.” (Hab 3:17-18)

“[and He will do this] if you continue in the faith, well-grounded and steadfast, and not shifting away from the [confident] hope [that is a result] of the gospel that you have heard, which was proclaimed in all creation under heaven, and of which [gospel] I, Paul, was made a minister. (Col 1:23)

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.  For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore, put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” (Eph6:10-18)

"And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.” (Galatians 6:9-10)

“For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love which you have shown for His name in ministering to [the needs of] the saints (God’s people), as you do. And we desire for each one of you to show the same diligence [all the way through] so as to realize and enjoy the full assurance of hope until the end, so that you will not be [spiritually] sluggish, but [will instead be] imitators of those who through faith [lean on God with absolute trust and confidence in Him and in His power] and by patient endurance [even when suffering] are [now] inheriting the promises” (Hebrew 6:10-12)

“Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.” (1 Cor 15:58)

“And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that having all sufficiency in all things at all times, you may abound in every good work.” (2 Cor 9:8) d, con

“If you want favor with both God and man, and a reputation for good judgment and common sense, then trust the Lord completely; don’t ever trust yourself. In everything you do, put God first, and he will direct you and crown your efforts with success. Don’t be conceited, sure of your own wisdom. Instead, trust and reverence the Lord, and turn your back on evil; when you do that, then you will be given renewed health and vitality.” (Proverbs 3:5-8)

Continue in faith, believing, trusting, in prayer, going, moving forward, pressing and pursuing Jesus.

“Now faith is the assurance (title deed, confirmation) of things hoped for (divinely guaranteed), and the evidence of things not seen [the conviction of their reality-faith comprehends as fact what cannot be experienced by the physical senses.] “ (Heb 11:1)

“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
